A single licence entitles you to install our software on one computer.
You are entitled to a free15 or 30 day trial of our software. If you wish to continue using your software after the trial period you must purchase a license key.
All of our software comes with a 30 day, no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied simply email us within 30 days, confirming that you have removed our software from your computer and will not re-install it. We will then issue a full refund.
For your security and convenience all credit card payments are processed by our partners Share-it, Plimus or PayPal, all trusted names in online payment processing. Payments are made over a secure connection to protect your information and ensure your privacy. We do NOT have access to your credit
card details.
We also accept Purchase Orders and Fax Orders via our partners Share-it.
Delivery of Software and Registration Codes
Software can be freely downloaded from our download page. To convert your software from a 30 day free trial to a fully licensed version you must purchase a license key. Your license key will be sent to you by email after your purchase.
It is important that you keep a note of your registration code as you will need it if you reinstall your software. However, if you do lose it please contact us, providing the following information:
- The full name of the person that the software is licensed to.
- The billing name, address and email address that was provided when the purchase was made.
Your registration fee entitles you to two years free email support from the date that you register your software. You are entitled to use our support forums for as long as you like.
Purchasing a license key entitles you to free minor version updates of the corresponding product. Additionally, you will be entitled to free major version updates that are released within 90 days of your original purchase.
Technology Lighthouse does not sell, publish or share any information about our customers unless given express permission to do so.
