PTFB stops working when I close my Remote Desktop session
Article Remote Desktop tends to leave the computer in a state where all simulated mouse and keyboard input is rejected regardless of whether the logon screen is present or not. One of our other customers found a workaround for this:

"Create a new shortcut, for the location, type in: %windir%\System32\tscon.exe 0 /dest:console
You can name the shortcut whatever you want, but I named it "Close Remote Desktop" and I put it in the Quick Launch toolbar.

When you get ready to close the remote desktop connection, just click on that shortcut. What will happen is the computer will kick you off the connection and go back to the local console, which then allows PTFB to work normally."
