Split Second Decision!

April 5th, 2007 by Paul Roberts

After numerous requests, I’ve decided to modify PTFB Pro to allow delays to be specified not just in whole seconds, but fractions of a second. This will help in cases where the target screen isn’t quite ready for action when it first appears - forcing you to use an initial delay - but where a whole second’s delay is too much. With any luck, this should be in the next release of PTFB Pro, due in a week or so. It’ll be a minor release, and thus a free upgrade for all licensed users of version 3.

We’ll also be making minor releases of our other products soon with the Vista DEP tweak in their installers. It won’t affect the majority of people running Vista / Server 2003, but for those who are running those OSes with DEP fully enabled, it should save you having to manually set up a DEP exclusion.
